In case of the receiver of the delivery is away for a while, our courier personnel will leave a message and will also make a second attempt in a couple of days. The courier personnel will also try and call up the receiving party and fix up a appropriate time to delivery. And finally, if all the attempts fail, we give orders to destroy the delivery. No refunds will be entertained, however we shall give you the proof of attempts made by the courier personnel.

As you are aware that fruits such as mangoes are perishable items, we do not have any return policy. However under rare circumstances and based on our past experiences, the complaints are 0.01%. We also recommend you to check what our clients have to say about us.
